Delivery Costs
Unfortunately, shipping is expensive. We do our best to keep the costs down, but they’re really out of our control. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Any products going out side of the main land uk could incur some extra shipping charges we will always keep these to a minimum.
Shipping policy
We ship worldwide, with track and trace code and insurance.
Also please check if you can order our products in regards to international customs (and their fees.)We are not responsible for any packages seized by customs or additional customs, VAT, or other import fees or tariffs you might have to pay.
We will ship to the shipping address given via your order. Please make sure that this is the address you would like your item shipped to and that it is correct. We cannot be held responsible for an item arriving at an incorrect, non-valid or non-current address.
Discreet packaging
Since we know your privacy is valuable to you we use plain boxes and packaging will be uses, sometimes we use recycled boxes. We do our up most to pack your order safely and securely. While the return address on your box will say G.P.
Shipping Time & Delivery Dates
As we hand make everything in house and will always ship items as fast as we can some items we will have in stock others will be made as they are ordered. We will contact you once we have received your order to advise you of a shipping date. We use fedex and the royal mail both are tracked and require a signature unless you state otherwise. If you advise us that the parcel can be left in a safe place it is at your responsibility.
Returns of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please open and check your items as soon as you can fedex has a policy that all damages must be reported in writing with photos with in 24hours. as a result we like to use the same policy for the royal mail deliveries this helps us get you your dream products faster. Items must be returned in its original packaging and unused. If found to have been used we will not offer a refund. Some items may not but refunded unless faulty please contact us for more information.
Missing Parcels
Fedex Parcels are fully tracked to your door so can always be found but if in the unlikely event they are lost we will be able to open a case with fedex to resolve the matter and get a fresh order out to you.
With any order sent with the Royal mail they are all send signed for and we collect proof of postage receipts so in the unlikely event it is lost we can claim after 14 days.
Refused Orders:
Fedex will try and deliver three times before returning the items to us we ask for a phone number so fedex can ring you to arrange a suitable second or third delivery slot. The royal mail will leave a card advising you that you can collect your items from your local sorting office. In addition any packages are refused upon attempting to deliver they will be returned to us . Additional reshipping charges are applicable for refused orders and payable by the customer.
